Hillwood Polska sold a portfolio of four warehouse properties, two in Wrocław and one each in Łódź and Bieruń, to an undisclosed US investor in commercial real estate leased on long-term contracts. The deal, worth EUR 150 mln, covers nearly 200 thousand sq m of warehouse and office space and ranks among the largest in Poland's warehouse segment in 2026. Only the Savills IM portfolio sold to Ares Real Estate, at 284 thousand sq m, was larger by area.

Hillwood CEO Hubert Michalak said the sale confirms that global capital still targets Polish logistics and will free up funds for new development projects and acquisitions.
