BIK: Credit companies’ loans in February up 11.8% y/y

Credit companies granted a total of 243,700 new loans in February 2023 (-4.3% y/y) worth PLN 713 million (+11.8% y/y), the Credit Information Bureau (BIK) reported.

The average value of new non-bank loans granted in February 2023 was PLN 2,584, 12.4% higher than the average value of loans granted in February 2022, the report said.
