MLP Group issued bonds with a total value of €30 million. The funds obtained will be used to purchase land and implement new warehouse projects in Poland and abroad. On February 26, 2020,  debt securities will be introduced to the alternative trading system on Catalyst.

“The funds obtained will allow us to further dynamic growth in the offer of modern warehouse space both on the Polish market and as part of foreign expansion. The money will be allocated to the purchase of investment land and financing the construction of logistics parks. We are preparing several new projects, including near Wrocław, Łódź and on the German and Austrian markets.

In implementing further investments, we take advantage of the continuing excellent economic situation in the warehouse industry. The demand for new space is still very high, which allows us to dynamically increase the scale of operations,” Monika Dobosz, Financial Director at MLP Group, said.
