836 more apartments from Murapol Group in primary market offer

The Murapol Group is commencing sales of 836 apartments in successive stages of its investments in Gdańsk, Warsaw, Wrocław, Bydgoszcz, and Tychy. The flats introduced into the offer will have an anti-smog package standard. At the same time, the Home Management System implemented in the buildings will allow the residents to use smart home solutions.
"Over 60 percent of our customers are cash buyers, acquiring apartments mainly for investment purposes. We notice interest in units in this group of customers in every city where we operate. Our response to this situation is to expand our offer in the largest residential markets and smaller locations. In total, this year, we have launched for sale nearly 2,100 apartments in nine cities, both in new projects and in the next stages of our ongoing development projects," Nikodem Iskra, President of the Management Board of Murapol, said.
The last three buildings with 123 residential units were sold as part of Murapol Osiedle Natura. The project is being developed in Warsaw's Białołęka district.
