Leading global real estate services and investment management company, Colliers International, in partnership with RICS have launched real estates’ first truly international graduate program. It will provide the next generation with the opportunity to gain an internationally recognized qualification whilst they travel, explore, and experience what it is like to live and work in a different country. Over two years successful candidates will have the opportunity to work in three of the six participating markets - Denmark, France, Germany, Spain, Poland, and the UK. The virtual application process opens on February 1, 2021.

“We see the development of emerging talent as one of the key drivers to our success and pivotal in ensuring that we stay at the forefront of the real estate industry. Our new international graduate program will allow us to recruit new and dynamic talent from across the region who are excited as we are about building that future together,” Chris McLernon, Colliers’ EMEA CEO, said.

“The impact of COVID-19 pandemic is still very much apparent and will mean that the application process will be entirely virtual. We will be monitoring the situation to ensure successful candidates can connect with each other in person prior to their first international rotation. And we are hopeful that graduates will have the opportunity to explore and experience what it is like to work and live abroad, by the time the first international rotation is due to take place in September 2022,” he added.

“We are very happy about this initiative and the fact that Colliers in Poland is participating in its first edition as one of the 6 EMEA countries. This program gives young talents a unique chance to get to know the real estate market, look at it from different perspectives and to develop and learn in an international environment from both Colliers and RICS experts,” Agata Błaszkiewicz, People Services Director at Colliers International in Poland, said.
