EasyCall will develop voicebots in Poland using ElevenLabs voices
EasyCall, a brand of NewConnect-listed tech company SoftBlue, is developing solutions using voice technology from ElevenLabs, a global leader in AI speech generation founded by Polish entrepreneurs. The partnership reflects growing demand for communication automation, especially in healthcare, where AI tools are becoming part of operational infrastructure.
EasyCall will use ElevenLabs’ technology to improve voice quality, dialogue flow, and the ability to handle large volumes of calls. The solution will also support public healthcare projects, including a VoiceBot system for Central e-Registration, where SoftBlue won a public tender.
The company aims to deliver scalable, high-quality communication systems for large organizations and infrastructure projects.
