ROBYG Group is starting a new investment in Warsaw's Wilanów – the Royal Residence estate will be built at ul. Sarmacka, on an area of approximately 9 hectares with a construction potential of over 90,000 PUM. The estate will be picturesquely located in an exceptionally attractive part of Wilanów and will be perfectly connected to the city center. Stage 1 will include a complex of low, exclusive 4-story buildings with apartments up to 160 sqm and an intimate service arcade. A very large part of this area will be designated for green areas, which will significantly increase the green area of the estate. The natural park greenery will also be preserved to a large extent, without any developer interference.

“This is a huge, unique area and the last such place in Wilanów – which will allow us to show our full potential, as well as consistent investments in innovation. We install photovoltaics, the Keemple Smart House system in most housing estates, and by 2024 we plan to completely switch to energy from renewable sources in the construction process. Thus, we will be ahead of the Fit for 55 directive, which assumes achieving this goal by 2030," Oscar Kazanelson, chairman of the supervisory board of ROBYG Group, stressed.
