White Stone buys land for Szczecin housing scheme
Developer White Stone has acquired a plot of developed land located on ul. Sowińskiego in Szczecin, on which it plans to build a residential project comprising more than 200 apartments. The site currently houses an aged office building, which the company wants to start demolishing in the summer of this year. The planned housing scheme is being designed by the City Architekci architectural studio. White Stone expects to complete the development at the beginning of 2021.
