AQUAPHOR, a global manufacturer of domestic water treatment solutions and professional filtration systems for industrial applications, has opened a third factory in Estonia. Over the next 2-3 years, nearly 300 million filters and APRO professional reverse osmosis systems will be shipped annually to global markets from the new plant's production lines.

AQUAPHOR's latest investment, with an area of 11,000 sqm, is the third production facility in Estonia. Thanks to state-of-the-art technologies and robotization of processes, the new line will allow serial production of membrane water treatment and desalination systems intended for industry, agriculture, medical or service establishments, among others. The new production capacity will also make it possible to shorten the delivery time of APRO AQUAPHOR systems even to a few days.

"AQUAPHOR is actively developing sales in European and global markets, and the Narva factory is an enhancement of our production facilities, which have been established in Estonia since 2012. The state-of-the-art automated plant will increase our production capacity by up to 20 times, and this means even greater availability of our products in key markets," Joseph Shmidt, CEO of AQUAPHOR International, said.
