The western Polish city of Wrocław would allocate over PLN 500 million (€118m) for investments in the next five years to ensure continuity in water supply and sewage collection, as well as infrastructure adaptation to climate change, the city council announced Thursday.
“Better services mean an improvement in the quality of life in the city... They are multi-area investments. We will use the latest technologies to take care of ecology and respond to climate change,” the city’s mayor was quoted as saying by the Polish news agency PAP.
